Fixes for D2 Survivors, the Diablo II–inspired browser game, when it will not load or does not respond.
Black or blank screen
- Wait a moment; the first load can be slow.
- Disable ad / script blockers for this site and reload.
- Use desktop Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
- Open the original site directly.
Keyboard does nothing
Click inside the game window once, then press keys.
No sound
Browsers block autoplay until you interact. Click in the game and check the tab is not muted.
Game asks for files
This is expected: the game needs your own Diablo II (Lord of Destruction, patch 1.14) or Diablo II: Resurrected install. Point it at your install once; see Setup Files. We cannot provide the files.
